February 9 – Haitian Soup Joumou – Pumpkin Soup Dinner
Minnesota: Diamond Lake Lutheran Church, Minneapolis
Soup Joumou is a rich pumpkin soup that Haitians traditionally prepare on the first of the year.
This was our kick-off celebration to our 20th anniversary year!

World Water Day
World Water Day is a annual event celebrated globally on March 22 to bring greater attention to the clean water needs around the world. During the month of March, Haiti Outreach has launched a campaign to increase awareness of the needs of clean water in Haiti.

April 21 – Taste of Haiti sponsored by Uptown Rotary Club
Minnesota: Savor the unique flavors of Haitian cuisine as you try a variety of different traditional Haitian plates. Event is hosted by the Minneapolis Uptown Rotary Club at the Minnikahda Club.
