Faces Of Haiti Outreach | Dunoit Bien-Aimé

Dunoit Bien-Aimé is a husband and father to an 18 year old daughter. He and his brother and sister lost their parents as children, but leaned on their protestant faith to give them strength to rise above adversity as orphans in a country that doesn’t have a lot of support for orphans.

Dunoit joined the Haiti Outreach team 10 years ago as a facilitator. His role is to support the mayor’s office and all the other community leaders to help develop a clean and healthy town. In addition to his work at Haiti Outreach, he supports his family as an agricultural technician to help manage farm animals, and wants to learn more to become a computer science technician as well. He is very grateful for this job and to work with the team at Haiti Outreach. Not only has it allowed him to provide for his family, but has given him so much opportunity to grow professionally and personally. With a wide grin he shared, “I am very happy to work with this organization because thanks to my work I can help millions of people to transform their lives and learn to manage their community and financial resources. At first, my goal was to earn money to support my family and siblings, but this job has provided me with so much more!”
